Roast Fest will be held at Kattilahalli, Suvilahti (Sörnäisten rantatie 22, Helsinki). The venue is easily accessible by public transport, bike, or on foot from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Driving is the least recommended since there’s limited parking available in Suvilahti.
Arriving by metro: Get off at Sörnäinen or Kalasatama station
Arriving by bus: Line 16 (from Central Railway Station direction), Line 56 (from Käpylä direction), Line 59 (from Pasila direction)The event space is wheelchair accessible, but please note that the Masterclass room is located upstairs. However, if you would like to taste the coffees from the Masterclass room but do not have access to the upper floor, please let us know at the information desk and we will arrange for the coffees to be brought downstairs for you to taste.

You can purchase a ticket here prior to the event or on the day of the event at the doors. Please note that we recommend purchasing the ticket beforehand to avoid long lines.

You can purchase tickets to either Morning or Afternoon Session (or both!). We recommend arriving early to make the most of the tastings, talks, and community vibe!
Morning Session: 10:00-13:30
Afternoon Session: 14:00-17:30 -
Children are welcome to attend the event when accompanied by a guardian. Free tickets for children aged 0–7 can be reserved when purchasing your own ticket.

You’re welcome to bring your own favourite cup or mug if you’d like – we love to see personality! However, Roast Fest will provide designated tasting cups for each visitor to borrow during the event. You can pick one up (and return it) at the Info & Merch Desk.

All exhibitors, merch desk and restaurant area accept only card and mobile payments.

Yes! A cloakroom is available near the entrance for jackets and bags for 2,50€.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask visitors not to bring pets inside Kattilahalli (except for certified service animals).

Don’t worry, our dear friends from Peloton Cycling Eatery are serving food and beverages throughout the whole event. You find many options at their restaurant and we highly recommend grabbing a bite in between all the coffee tasting!

You will find Roast Fest and Helsinki Coffee Week merch available at the Info & Merch Desk. However, if you want to get one of those exclusive Roast Fest tote bags, you need to purchase three bags of coffee from three different exhibiting roasters, come by the Info & Merch Desk and then you’ll receive the bag from us for free! And no, it won’t be available to buy at the event of after – totally special and exclusive!
